It seems like things from the past always become popular once again. It's easy to think of it as a full circle kind of process but doesn't it surprise you that color schemes, music, and almost everything associated with popular culture has been done before. Thats always been my problem with what the masses are into. Don't let the single stream of influence be all you have. There are so many outlets that don't take much effort, furthermore it should be your goal as a progressive person to help people who are stuck that that horrible cycle called "settling." Make a CD and give it to someone that needs it. Grab an ipod and just fill it with the smooth stylings of someone that is actually musically talented.
I am starting another box fully BMX related called "Soap Box" on the alienation.com website. Everything that doesn't make the site will end up here, which will be everything negative. Can't wait for this new step in life. Oh, and the camera work will hopefully get better as well. Wish me luck!

I always enjoy reading you blogs. You know I adore you and think that you are possible one of the smartest men I know. I do find it ironic that you mention "Not settling" in your recent blog. I say this because it seems to me that you do this often. Please don't take my statement, although it does appear to be, negative. I simply want to state that you have the talent, foresight and knowlege to be so much more. Like the wings on an eagle on some shirt I'm sure you own, you should fly. Like the Beverly Hillbillies did, you should pack up and move to the land of swimming pools and movie stars. Not because you should be like them, but because they need someone like you. Change is scary, I know...in 12 days I'm moving to further my self and career. Although it's just for a year, I'm proud I'm taking the steps. I hope the west coast gets a chance to know you, enjoy you, and learn from you as I have. I love you Micah Bmx, pretty sure I always will *stevie
